This is the most common Okin bed actuator for beds that use a wired hand control, and this kit includes both the Okimat II actuator and the wired hand control. This actuator has two sections, one for the head and one for the foot. It has a power cord that plugs into the wall, and a five (5) pin female socket that the hand control plugs into. PLEASE NOTE: the motor itself is designed for a hand control that has a cord; it is not designed for adjustable beds with wireless controls. Those motors are much more expensive, and there are different motor assys for different beds. However, if you don’t mind having a hand control with a cord, and you don’t need or use the massage feature on the bed, then this kit will replace those systems, and is much cheaper than repairing the wireless systems.
